Chapman Hill is a boutique townhome development tucked away in a serene corner of North Melbourne. The 19 residences offer spacious living areas and rooftop decks with stunning views, either overlooking the city or the lush, landscaped gardens.

We inherited the project with an existing town planning permit and, through thoughtful redevelopment, optimized the design within the existing footprint to achieve an additional yield. Our team provided full town planning, interior design, architecture, and marketing services, ensuring a cohesive vision from start to finish.

Externally, Chapman Hill combines textural brick, perforated metal, bronze-tinted glazing, and timber to create a distinctive architectural form that respects the site's heritage while blending seamlessly with the streetscape. The saw-tooth shape offers a modern tribute to the area's industrial history, softened by a verdant, landscaped oasis.
