Alviedean is one of several grand heritage homes lining the leafy streets of Glen Iris recognised for it's individual significance. Constructed in 1919, this two storey corner-block transitional bungalow style home boasts an impactful facade, however multiple renovations over the years left her interior feeling dark and constricted.

 

With a delicate touch, we ushered Alviedean into the contemporary era, breathing new life into underutilized spaces and tailoring them to seamlessly align with the client's lifestyle.
