Terms and Conditions - 50% Architecture Fee Offer
1. Eligibility
This offer is strictly limited to the new owners of 34 Lexia Street, Ashburton VIC 3147 who have entered into a legally binding contract of sale for the property on or before 28 February 2026 ("Eligable Client").
2. Property Restriction
This offer is valid only in relation to renovation works carried out at 34 Lexia Street, Ashburton VIC 3147 [Certificate of Title Reference Volume 5622 Folio 377, being lot 210 on plan PS9791] ("34 Lexia Street") and is not eligable and will not be applied to any other property, project or site.
3. Engagement Requirement
The Eligable Client must formally engage Arcolo for architectural services by way of a signed written agreement on or before 28 February 2028 in order to redeem this offer.
4. Nature of Discount
This offer entitles the Eligable Client to a 50% discount on Arcolo's professional architectural and interior design fees only ("Architectural Services"). The discount does not apply to disbursements, consultant fees, statutory or authority fees, construction costs, variations or any third party costs.
5. Scope of Services
This offer applies solely to the Architectural Services provided by Arcolo. It does not apply to, and cannot be combined with, services provided by any other architect, designer or architecture firm.
6. Not Transferable
This offer is restricted to the Eligable Client and is not transferable, assignable or capable of being novated to any other person or entity.
7. No Cash or Credit Alternative
This offer is not redeemable for cash, credit, rebate or any other form of financial consideration.
8. Single Redemption
This offer may be redeemed once only by the Eligable Client for 34 Lexia Street.
9. Verification and Discretion
Arcolo reserves the right to request reasonable evidence to verify eligibility and to refuse or withdraw the offer where these Terms and Conditions have not been satisfied.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
